Guided Meditation for happier life
If you are a beginner who is curious about meditation or an experienced meditator who just wants to try out our practice, you are welcome to come to one of our Wednesday program. They start at 5:30 pm and last for half an hour.
Every week we share a different kind of meditation
The meditation is followed by a inspiring yoga class taught by the Full Lotus Founder, Richard Matusow. It starts at 6:15pm
They are both donation based
