Social Projects - How we reach our Community
Doctors of Joy
Volunteer-based service for kids in hospitals
Many kids in hospital face a hard time. Clown Doctors address the psychosocial needs of the child in hospitals in a unique way.
By parodying the hospital routine, Clown Doctors help children feel less traumatized by medical procedures.
Oversized medical equipment, 'red-nose' transplants, 'cat' scans, humor checks and funny bone examinations are all part of the fun. By exaggerating intimidating jargon and procedures, fear and anxiety are reduced.

LET'S IMPROVE THE HAPPINESS LEVELS OF PORTLAND!
We are partnering with other organizations, companies, churches and communities to share the benefits of being happy.
Talks, workshops and lectures are being held in different places, increasing awareness of having more joy in our lives.
The response has been incredible. People are hungry for a happier life - to connect to people - share their stories and foster deeper, more meaningful relationships.
